TRIBE - A 5 RHYTHMS WORKSHOP for Gay/bi MEN, London
17 September 2011: TRIBE - A 5 RHYTHMS WORKSHOP for Gay/bi MEN
This is the first 'Initiation' gateway to connecting with ourselves and our community through our hearts... We will explore moving, sharing, healing and being still through the physical body as a bridge to a deeper connection...
TRIBE : A 5 RHYTHMS WORKSHOP for Gay/bi MEN
Friday evening 16th & Saturday 17th September 2011
We will share this space as men, to open, complete, connect and go through whatever we need to in movement and breath. As a 'Tribe' creating a unique combination of empowerment and transformation, enjoyable and maybe even a little scary.
We will explore how to be true to ourselves, love our skin & bones, be true to our friends, lovers and be part of the world that genuinely has heart and soul.
At times we will dance alone, with others, be still and share.
Time:
Friday 16.09.11 'wave class' included 7:30-9:30pm (all encouraged to attend 'wave' as part of workshop)
Saturday 17.09.11 workshop 11:00 - 5pm
