PINK BALL Friday 18th April 19:30 to 00:00 at The George Hotel, Huddersfield. Glitz and Glam or come dressed as your favourite Hollywood star!! There will be a 'pink' theme with everyone having to wear at least something pink - and be able to prove it. Those not wearing pink will be faced with an on the spot fine.
The evening is being attended by members of the Huddersfield Giants and Mr Gay UK 2008 and is open to everyone from anywhere and will be a night packed with fun and frolics.
Arrive in style in the pink limo available door-to-door from the union to the George for a small donation. Come as your favourite Hollywood Icon or dress to impress in your smartest Tuxedo or ball-gown.
The evening will be a mix of music and entertainment. 'DJ Bubbles' will be keeping the dance floor moving, live music will be performed by the well know Leeds band 'Jesus and the Monkeys' as well as 'Adrian Lewis-Brown', and drag show performances will come from 'Dolly Savage' (a female drag queen), Huddersfield very own infamous Drag Queen 'Pricilla' and the 'Pride Sisters'.
There will be a VIP table which can be bid on at the beginning of the evening, allowing the winners star treatment with free champagne and waitress service!
When the night is over at The George everyone is invited back to the New Union for and exclusive after party. With food, fireworks, even more entertainment included in the price of the limited availability tickets ensure you book early to avoid disappointment.
This night will put Huddersfield and the Pink Picnic on the map and allow everyone the chance to be a star, walk the pink carpet and party 'til late all for £15 a ticket.
