3 November 2007: The 4th Annual Blackford Village Fireworks Display
An annual event put on by local businesses for the benefit of the public. Entry is absolutely FREE & some hot soup & wee dram will be available (also free). Not to be missed! People have come from Dunblane & Perth to see this display in the past!
Food and drink will be served in the hotel from 6pm onwards (reservations advised) and the fireworks will start at 8pm just behind the hotel
This event will have lots of loud bangs and large rockets - by rough accounts it drew in 400 - 500 people last year!
Cups of Soup and a tot of Whisky will be provided by the hotel and distillery respectively to spectators (free of charge)
Everyone is welcome including family, friends and kids!
In case you are not sure where Blackford is, then look out for the village with the Highland Spring factory on the A9 between Perth and Dunblane... it's about 1 hour from Edinburgh and Glasgow... If you want to know more please drop a message here on Outeverywhere...
