21 July 2008: Swimming in London
Swimming at a leisurely pace in central London. We normally have a mixture of some serous swimmers and some people just in the pool for a paddle and a gossip.
After trekking around London for several months we seem to have settled on this pool. It's got plenty of lanes for serious swimmers as well as a recreational lane for those of us who aren't that dedicated to exercise and it's only £4.55.
After swimming we normally go and undo all the good work at a nearby public house, usually for food but certainly for a drink or two.

Hi Im John. A long standing transplant to London. I love going out generally both on and off The Scene, especially when I can do it with friends. If you've met me in real life you'll know I'm not quite as argumentative as I seem on the boards, although I'm always a political junkie.
