10 November 2007: Sussex country lanes bike ride
Outers are invited to join www.blagss.org for this country lanes bike ride with some nice views and medium paced exercise.
Meet 10:30 at Shoreham Station for a ride to Shipley for a pub lunch and then returning to either Amberley Station or Ford Station for return trains to Brighton. The ride is fairly easy going - there are no really big hills - but it does undulate! Mostly quiet narrow bendy lanes - very pretty this time of year - hopefully when we get to the pub for lunch there won't be any foxhunting this time! We can get trains back from Amberley or if we're feeling very energetic, we can climb across the downs to Arundel and then onto Ford Station. Those wishing to take part must message the co-ordinator from the cycling page at www@blagss.org to ensure you are met at the start.
