11 May 2008: Sunday Lunch in Islington 4
Following the success of the last 3 lunch events, let's do it again! Quite simply, we meet in a different Islington restaurant every month; we chat, we laugh, we eat some gorgeous grub, meet old friends and make new ones!
Josh ( quickfind:that_thing ) is a bit tied up with voluntary work this month, so has asked me to organise the 4th of his hugely successful Sunday Lunch events
So, the Islington Sunday lunch venue for May is... CARLUCCIO'S
We'll be meeting inside at 1.00pm. Having a fab lunch. And maybe even shopping for tidbits in the the superb Deli/Shop.
I'm not sure how busy Carluccio's will be, so as this event approaches, I may try booking a table. So I'm really going to need to know how many 'definites' there are by the day before at least.
Then heading off to the newly re-opened Green Cafe Bar for some serious socialising, and to check out the new decor (lots of sofas and plants, basically). I've set up a seperate event for The Green, for people who fancy a few drinks on a sunday afternoon, but don't want to join the 'OUTers Who Lunch'.
