26 April 2008: Six Degrees of Separation
A smart, funny drama seen on Broadway and in the West End with Stockard Channing, who also starred in the 1993 film with Will Smith. A young gay black man inveigles his way into the lives of a wealthy New York couple, but all is not as it seems.

Hi. I'm currently directing this show starring Danny Parsons who made quite an impact in Rag Tag seen at last year's London LGB Film Festival. It's a classic American comedy with a dark heart which, at 90 minutes, provides a short sharp blast of entertainment (some male nudity too, ) and time for a drink after. So, for a great evening out why not come along to Putney Arts Theatre on the Upper Richmond Road to enjoy one of five performances between April 22nd and April 26th 2008.
Tickets can be purchased on [number available to members only] 943
Tues 22nd £7 (£5 concession)
Wed 23rd - Sat 26th £10 (£7 concession)
'I read somewhere that everybody on this planet is separated by only six other people. Six degrees of separation. Between us and everybody else on this planet. The president of the United States. A gondolier in Venice. Fill in the names. I find that a) tremendously comforting that we're so close and b) like Chinese water torture that we're so close. Because you have to find the right six people to make the connection.'

Friendly, fairly smart and damn sexy! OK, two out of three's not bad! Bit of a dreamer but working to make it real. Want to come along for the ride?
