7 June 2008: Return of the Wokingham Coffee(Less) Posse.
The fourth of the 2008 series of The Wokingham Coffee(Less) Posse. A chance to get together in Wokingham, have a few drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available), catch up on all the gossip, meet new folk and generally enjoy a Saturday.
Friendly gathering in a local pub service good food, good drink and affording the opportunity for good company in relaxing surroundings (assuming we can get the comfy seats!).
Come along for a coffee (or something stronger - both are available from the bar) and a chat, or stay a bit longer and no doubt there'll be a visit to get food (either from the pub itself or from one of the many eateries within Wokingham) for those sticking it out to the very end. For those not staying so long but who are still hungry, the pub does good food as well.
March's Posse proved to be an enjoyable afternoon / evening for all concerned - there were just over a dozen of us including several people who have never been before, and all enjoyed themselves.
Indeed, one person commented afterwards "Was a bit apprehensive about coming to today's coffee-less possee, but needn't have worried. It was great meeting you, and the other guys, which made it a good experience and fun to be there. Many thanks once again for organising this event."
May's Posse proved equally popular with more new and interesting people joining our merry little throng.
