Quaker Quest: Quaker Faith in Action, London Euston, London
25 February 2008: Quaker Quest: Quaker Faith in Action
Quaker Quest takes place every Monday evening at Friends House, Euston, and is a way for people to find out about Quakerism and what it means. I will be speaking about how my Quaker faith impels me to take action and you are welcome to come along.
This is a public event which happens every Monday (except public holidays) at Friends House, Euston. It is a series of sessions to help people find out more about Quakers. In this session, there will be three speakers (including me) who will all be talking about how their Quaker faith impels them into action in everyday life. There will also be time to talk to others in small groups about what the speakers have said, and time to ask the speakers questions. The evening ends with a short Meeting for Worship after the manner of Quakers, i.e. silent waiting.
You can find out more about Quaker Quest at www.quakerquest.org
You do not need to add yourself to this event if you don't want to; please feel free just to turn up on the day. If you would like me to look out for you and say hello then send me a message and I will.

I am a friendly, furry, plain-speaking northerner who decided to move to London for a year and I'm still here 16 years later. How did that happen?! I reply to all messages - see my irreproachable read/reply stats - and I've even met some of you. Offers of coffee & chat dates, film dates, gallery dates and date dates would be welcome.
