KIDS' SPACE:
Pride Scotia 2011 aims to make this great day one of both "celebration and inclusion". We are proud to offer the youngest members of our community a space of their own where they can enjoy the day in both comfort and safety whilst their parents or carers explore the numerous events offered in a diversity of venues.
Pride Scotia 2011 has secured the SHYA Central Hostel (at the corner of Haddington Place (Leith Walk) and Annandale Street) as the site of our Kids' Space. Youngsters aged from 6 months to 10 years can each have up to two hour sessions (possibly longer) in the capable hands of The Edinburgh Creche Co-op.
All Edinburgh Creche Co-operative's workers are vetted through Disclosure Scotland and are fully trained and experienced in organising stimulating and educational play activities, with the emphasis on child centered care. The Co-op carries full public liability insurance and complies with all relevant legislation.
Sessions can be booked in advance to help you plan your day - phone the Creche Co-op on 0131-553 2116 for bookings and further information.
The Pride Scotia Kids' Space is open Noon-4.30pm and is provided free of charge.
OUTeverywhere member organiser
This event has been added to the OUTeverywhere calendar by John Hein from Edinburgh in the City Of Edinburgh area.
I'm 55, 5'6", long red hair and beard and mega hairy body. My ideal boyfriend would be aged between 16 and 21, preferably with a smooth body and no facial hair (or piercings). However, it would be a totally chaste relationship because I am definitely not looking for sex on here. Oh dearie me, no! I believe completely in mahogany - I like a bit of wood in the morning.
