3 December 2011: Pride, not Prejudice!
A joint concert with Diversity Choir, London's LGBT Chamber Choir and their friends from Leeds in Gay Abandon. We will celebrate the work of gay composers, singers and song writers, with some gay anthems thrown in for fun!
Diversity Choir is London's LGBT Chamber Choir. We have a strong tradition of throwing a great party to start the festive season.
This year we will be celebrating the contributions of the gay community to music, with classical and contemporary pieces from across the globe. Music will include Poulenc's Les Quartre Motets pour Noel, Tchaikovsky and Samuel Barber. But there will be contemporary pop too....so come out to find out which songs we find inspirational for gays today!!
This year, we are proud to have some very special guests: Gay Abandon from West Yorkshire.
Tickets are £10 (£6 conc) in advance by going to www.diversitychoir.co.uk
Tickets will be £15 (£10) at the door.
