Possibilities in Motion - A movement meditation workshop for GAY men - with Bodhi Creating a community of dancers who are willing to practice deeply and playfully with an honest and courageous heart.

We will learn to trust as we move, dancing with our strengths and weaknesses so we can share more about ourselves.
Working with body awareness, meditation, massage and movement we will explore the possibilities of 'being' - moving into the pulse and heartbeat of our bones. Defining a 'self' and shifting into relationship with the power of being held in community. We will use Gabrielle Roth's 5 Rhythms as a map to explore how energy moves.
All levels, sizes, ages and ability welcome - good to come to a 'Dance Out Loud' class first...........If you love to dance - but stop yourself, because your not a dancer this is perfect !
