Three speakers talk for 15 minutes to reflect on their own personal histories of growing up or coming out as LGB or T/, tales of the struggles, triumphs and joys of being who we are.
with guest speakers:
Denise Anderson, founder member of Spectrum Haringey. (peer support forum for all transgendered people and those questioning their gender)
Gene & Jay Dugan-Brause, have played a significant role for the rights of same sex couples.
Michael Brown, Set up Jewish gay group in 1971 and Jewish AIDS trust in the 1980's.
Philip Wragg, Sector Development Officer Young Gay Men at the Terrence Higgins Trust

Established in 2002, The Southwark LGBT Network is a social and support group of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) people and their friends who live and work in Southwark. The Network is run by volunteers from the LGBT community and aims to create a series of safe spaces for all LGBT people in the borough. It tries to ensure that its activities are not set in pubs or other alcohol related venues.
