Come along and explore your own energies and energetic interactions with others
This workshop will be very experiental and practical, allowing participants to explore their own energies as well as energetic interactions with others.
Recapping on the grounding, protection and cleansing exercises of the August workshop, we will explore opening up our chakras, sensing the aura and exploring tuning in to ourselves and others. We will do short psychic 'readings' of each other, tuning into the energy field of the person, and, time permitting, experimenting with 'flower readings'.
The importance of self-responsibility will be emphasised, encouraging an attitude of self-empowerment, personal and professional development.
Biographical Notes:
Hartmut Wuebbeler has a background as a biologist and research scientist. His interests and training in complementary health led him to study Biodynamic Psychotherapy at the Gerda Boyesen Centre, London. He also trained in a range of energy work disciplines, and teaches a weekly class and workshops. He has taught at the Spiritual Association of Great Britain (SAGB) for several years and is a tutor at the College of Psychic Studies in South Kensington.
Hartmut is a member of staff at The London School of Biodynamic Psychotherapy. He works in private practice in London and runs a network of consulting rooms.

The Out Spirituality Group is a friendly meeting of like-minded gay and bisexual people who have an interest in spirituality. We look at a variety of topics and issues, with the aim of enabling people to broaden their knowledge and experience of spiritual matters (whatever that means for each of us).
There are opportunities to discuss our journey thus far, where we are at, and where our journey may be taking us.
Too often in society, bisexual men are under-represented or even shunned - by both gay and straight people. The OUT Spirituality Group is a safe place for bisexual men to explore the issues of life without fear of ridicule or derision.
Come along and be refreshed, invigorated and maybe discover different ways of thinking about things. The venue has an ambience of prayer and spirituality – at this location people have sought for centuries to encounter a power greater than themselves. There is something unquantifiably special about the complex of buildings that is St James's: it is a safe place for all who do not fit the usual stereotypes; here there is no pressure to conform. Hence we can soak up some of the accumulated spiritual energy of the years and possibly add in some small way to the spirituality that is here.
Whilst the prime focus is on spirituality, by participating in the evening we have an opportunity to build friendships and to network – and to form connections that will have a positive effect on our lives and potentially in ways that we cannot yet envisage. It is more than meetings!!

The meeting starts with a light buffet at 6.30pm, the charge for which is £3. This is a great way to unwind and to meet and greet new friends and old.
