What does change mean to you and why do you want to change? Different areas can be explored within this social and powerful workshop.
Hurdles can be jumped over and mountains climbed in this resourceful experience in getting what you truly want from life. There will be group interaction, personal emphasis work, and a chance to relax and visualise your dreams in an inspirational guided meditation.
Help is at hand from other participants and it will be a great way to increase awareness of your own wonderful resources and to gain experience and tips from others.
This is a collective shared experience and also your own personal journey will be activated with forward action points for you to work with.
This is a two-part workshop led by Paul Kensett, which he has designed specifically for us. Paul's area of expertise is NLP; he led two very popular NLP-themed workshops for us in 2008.

The Out Spirituality Group is a friendly meeting of like-minded gay people who have an interest in spirituality. We look at a variety of topics and issues, with the aim of enabling people to broaden their knowledge and experience of spiritual matters (whatever that means for each of us).
There are opportunities to discuss our journey thus far, where we are at, and where our journey may be taking us.
Come along and be refreshed, invigorated and maybe discover different ways of thinking about things. The venue has an ambience of prayer and spirituality – at this location people have sought for centuries to encounter a power greater than themselves. There is something unquantifiably special about the complex of buildings that is St James's: it is a safe place for all who do not fit the usual stereotypes; here there is no pressure to conform. Hence we can soak up some of the accumulated spiritual energy of the years and possibly add in some small way to the spirituality that is here.
Whilst the prime focus is on spirituality, by participating in the evening we have an opportunity to build friendships and to network – and to form connections that will have a positive effect on our lives and potentially in ways that we cannot yet envisage. It is more than meetings!!

After the meeting we go to a local gay pub, where space is reserved for us. This is a further chance to continue discussion and to get to know people. Food is available at a modest cost.
