Learn some simple techniques to re-energise yourself and others
Join us for an evening of short workshops led by Suzanne Mitchell. We will learn quick, simple and effective tools that help relieve stress and maintain physical wellbeing. The workshops require audience participation; they are fun and have immediate impact. They offer self-help techniques that participants can use on themselves and their friends and families.
About Suzanne:
After an eighteen year corporate background, Suzanne Mitchell left work thirteen years ago after the birth of her second child. Whilst her first child managed not to be affected by an inherited family weakness, her son was not so lucky and a journey into complementary health followed. Suzanne trained in Kinesiology, Nutrition, Reiki/Seichem, Indian Head and Energy Medicine. She now takes complementary health into companies, offers exhibition work and delivers workshops to corporates, schools and charity organisations.

The Out Spirituality Group is a friendly meeting of like-minded gay people who have an interest in spirituality. We look at a variety of topics and issues, with the aim of enabling people to broaden their knowledge and experience of spiritual matters (whatever that means for each of us).
There are opportunities to discuss our journey thus far, where we are at, and where our journey may be taking us.
Whilst the prime focus is on spirituality, by participating in the evening we have an opportunity to build friendships and to network – and to form connections that will have a positive effect on our lives and potentially in ways that we cannot yet envisage. It is more than meetings!!

After the meeting we go to a local gay pub, where space is reserved for us. This is a further chance to continue discussion and to get to know people. Food is available at a modest cost.
