An opportunity to relax, explore and re-connect with your own spiritual journey.
This time the workshop will be led by Chris Morris. He will guide you on a relaxing journey into your deep imagination and help you re-connect with inner wisdom. Afterwards, you'll feel physically and mentally refreshed, motivated and invigorated, with new understandings and renewed optimism.
Chris is respected as one of the most talented hypnotists in the UK and regularly receives referrals from Paul McKenna. Chris is also experienced in many types of meditation, dreamstates, healing and Native American traditions, and has travelled around the world to learn from many gifted people. Most recently, he studied with a group of indigenous shaman in Mexico.
Chris will also talk about the (lack of) mind/body split and how simple changes in our physiology can affect our ideas.
No experience is necessary to participate, and you can simply observe if you wish. Feel free to contact Chris if you have questions about hypnosis and what he will be doing at the event.

The Out Spirituality Group is a friendly meeting of like-minded gay people who have an interest in spirituality. We look at a variety of topics and issues, with the aim of enabling people to broaden their knowledge and experience of spiritual matters (whatever that means for each of us).
There are opportunities to discuss our journey thus far, where we are at, and where our journey may be taking us.
Whilst the prime focus is on spirituality, by participating in the evening we have an opportunity to build friendships and to network – and to form connections that will have a positive effect on our lives and potentially in ways that we cannot yet envisage. It is more than meetings!!

After the meeting we go to a local gay pub, where space is reserved for us. This is a further chance to continue discussion and to get to know people. Food is available at a modest cost.
