15 October 2007: OUT at the Theatre: Hairspray **SOLD OUT**
The much anticipated Hairspray finally arrives in the West End...
I have secured 20 seats in Rows C and D of the Royal Circle for Hairspray at the Shaftesbury Theatre in London.
"Hairspray is a Tony-winning musical, based on the 1988 John Waters movie Hairspray. The story is of a girl named Tracy Turnblad whose dream is to dance on the Corny Collins Show, a local TV dance program based on the real-life Buddy Deane Show in Baltimore, Maryland, USA. She gets a chance on the show and becomes a celebrity overnight. She then launches a campaign to racially integrate the Corny Collins Show."
Tickets are priced at £32.50 each and I will need money in advance, ticket agent needs paying by the 4th July.
