Come along and meet new people, chat with old friends and just chill. We'll be meeting at Kenwood House in the afternoon before moving onto the King William IV pub in Hampstead.
OUTeverywhere is not just an online community where everything happens in pixels. You can also get OUT there and meet other OUTers and our coffee posse is the ideal way to do so.
The North London Coffee Posse is normally held on the first Saturday of each month.
The first half of the event, as always, will be the "coffee" part at Kenwood House. If the weather is good we can sit in the Brew House Café garden. Please be aware that there are two indoor seating areas and if we are sitting inside we will usually be in the Old Kitchen (entrance between the toilets), not in the Brew House Café.
We'll chill there until at least 3:30pm until we feel ready to move on to the local gay pub in Hampstead, King William IV, for muchos alcohol.
TRAVEL INFORMATION: Transport for London has a journey planner at http://journeyplanner.tfl.gov.uk/ for which Kenwood House is recognised as a "place of interest". Visit http://www.tfl.gov.uk/tfl/livetravelnews/ for up-to-date travel information on the day of the event.
TUBE: The nearest tube station for Kenwood House is Highgate which is on the Northern Line and is about 20 minutes' walk away (http://www.thetube.com). Hampstead and Golders Green, also both on the Northern Line, are within walking distance too. The nearest tube station for the King William is Hampstead.
BUSES: The 210 bus stops outside Kenwood House. You can catch it from Golders Green station towards Finsbury Park station, or from Archway or Finsbury Park stations towards Brent Cross Shopping Centre. Other routes nearby include 210, 214 and 271. Buses on routes 46, 210 and 268 stop in Hampstead.
PARKING: There is unrestricted parking available on Hampstead Lane. Kenwood has a pay and display car park. Parking is restricted on Hampstead High Street but there is unrestricted parking within walking distance.
