16 August 2007: North Herts Foodies: August 2007 (Hitchin)
Join the the North Herts crowd for their monthly foray into the world of pubs and restaurants in North Hertfordshire. This month, the crowd visits an Italian restaurant in Hitchin. Weather permitting, we'll be doing al fresco.
The event is a normal, informal, laid-back, sit-down meal, peppered with the genial conversation of the North Herts crowd.
Timings
We meet at the restaurant at 7.30pm to order at 8pm.
Menu
The menu is wide ranging Italian food.
Indicative prices are: breads £2.50, starters £4, pasta £6, other main courses and main-course salads £11-£12 (inc. optional side orders £3), desserts £5, wine from £4 per glass to £13 per bottle, lager £3 per bottle, soft drinks/coffees £2. 3-courses with wine and service charge ~ £30.
Deposit
None, by arrangement.
Booking and attendence
I will finalise the booking on MONDAY 13 AUGUST 2007 for all people marked as definite.
If you mark your attendance other than definite and subsequently arrive at the restaurant, you do so at risk of being turned away if the restaurant is full. Sitting down is no guarantee if you have taken the place of a "definite"!
