The London Gay Men's Chorus presents its summer show, Songs of Inocence and Experience, at the Cadogan Hall in London. Follow a life's journey from innocence to experience, through the words of William Blake and others.
Through music, poetry and prose, Europe's largest and best known gay chorus celebrates the emotional changes we undergo as we evolve as human beings: love, friendship, relationships, and how our experiences leave us sometimes chastened but always wiser.
Featuring classic and contemporary favourites 'What a Wonderful World', 'I Feel Pretty', 'My Way', 'Jerusalem', 'The Man with the Child in his Eyes' and set-pieces by Beethoven and Weill, this show speaks to the adult and the child in us all and reflects the London Gay Men's Chorus at its very best.
