31 July 2008: LGBT Stand-Up Comedy Night For Brighton Pride
Come and enjoy a great night of laughter and support at Outer as he organises and comperes two stand-up comedy shows as part of Brighton Pride.
Bright'n'Queer is a night of LGBT stand-up comedy in aid of Brighton Pride, the UK's largest free Pride festival. Organised and compered by an Outer (quickfind:2xist, the organiser of this event!) it's a great night of the top lesbian and gay comics.
Following the sell-out success of all our previous shows, this year we're doing 2 shows on the same night at 7.30pm and 10pm. Same running order for both shows including Phil Dukes, Eric Page, Marie Vagan, Richard Sawyer, Wayne Connolly, Claire Parker and our headline act Robert White.
The 7.30pm show will be British Sign Language Interpreted.
The show is at Joogleberry Playhouse in Manchester Street, Brighton (www.joogleberry.com), near all the major gay venues. Tickets are £6 with all proceeds going to Brighton Pride. Box office is [number available to members only] 71.
The shows always sell out in advance, so don't bank on being able to buy a ticket on the door!

Aren't contradictions wonderful?
