Come and explore your hidden talents or develop further your interest in creative writing. The PACE writing roup offers a safe and comfortable environment for people who have experienced/experience mental ill health.
Both finn and shaun are experienced group facilitators. We work in a supportive and fairly informal way. Shaun is also an occupational therapist working in a mental health NHS Trust. this work involves promoting the use of the Arts - drama, painting, fine art, writing - to increase mental well-being and creativity.
finn and shaun group is free for any person who identifies as having experienced/experiencing mental health difficulties. Various writing execrcises are used during the session and refreshments are provided.
We hope to see you on tuesday evening.
