Awaken your spine and squeeze out tiredness and toxins with this explorative naked yoga workshop.
Throughout these two 150 minute sessions, we will be looking to deepen our personal relationship with the spine and it's movements, through postures (asana), partner work, massage, sound (vibration) and visualisation (meditation).
As we age so naturally the spine begins to deteriorate and gets ‘stuck', leading to a multitude of health problems. Fortunately this is a choice! Twists not only help release these tensions but also help to squeeze toxins from the body and allow our bodies to bathe in new energy.
We will also be looking at the historical, philosophical and energetic effects of twists and spirals, with particular reference to Kundalini and the spinal energy columns.
Combining rejuvenation with relaxation, and deepening your relationship with your body and like-minded men, this workshop will help develop your existing yoga practice, or prove to be a welcome introduction to the wonders of the spine.
