1 June 2008: Join the National AIDS Trust Team on the Walk For Life
Every year the National AIDS Trust enters a team into the Crusaid Walk For Life, to raise HIV awareness and vital funds for both Charities. This year marks the 21st year of the National AIDS Trust, and we are hoping to enter the biggest team ever!
We want to make the most of our 21st birthday year, and hope that you will join us on this 10km walk through central London- and of course get as much sponsorship as you possibly can! The National AIDS Trust team will be very much in party spirit and the day will be every bit the party!! So... dig out your walking boots (pumps, stillettos- whatever) and Walk for Life!

What you need to do:
All you need to do is register as a walker on:
www.walkforlife.co.uk
Once you've received your confirmation email, you can log in and click on ‘Join a team' on the purple toolbar, then type in ‘National AIDS Trust' and join us! By doing this, the money you raise is shared between us and Crusaid.
Once you have registered you will receive some information from Crusaid and some information from us with fundraising tips, information on our work for your supporters and information about the actual day. You will have your own fundraising page, so you can add your own message for your supporters and you can upload a photo.
We are encouraging people to set their own targets, the average last year was £140 – but since this year is our 21st birthday, why not set it at £210?

When you walk with the National AIDS Trust team your sponsorship money is split between ourselves and Crusaid, so both charities benefit. It's a great fun day out, you can make new friends, get some exercise, have a laugh and raise money for 2 extremely worthwhile charies all at the same time. How's that for multitasking?!
