28 March 2010: Joint Gay Outdoor Club/OUT Walk
A walk taking in Cadbury Castle, alleged site of King Arthur's Camelot; the slopes of Corton Hill; and, especially, the Corton Ridge - a 2km ramble. The walk passes through three attractive villages and some easy climbing. About 8 miles in all.
A 7-8 mile walk
Don't forget to wear suitable footwear - boots or sturdy shoes - and bring waterproofs and some water. Men and women of all ages and abilities are welcome as are well behaved dogs and straight friends. Newcomers will as always be made very welcome.
Bring a packed lunch.
