Enjoy a boat trip to Hampton Court Palace by river boat (back by train). This is a BearHug event.
Enjoy a boat trip to Hampton Court Palace. See the Tudor Kitchen staff prepare a Banquet fit for Henry VIII, and walk around the restored Renaissance Gardens. This event is covered by the 2-for-1 entry £13.30 (each pay £6.65). The return journey will be by Rail to Waterloo. A good day out in the open air. Why not bring a picnic to eat in the grounds (weather permitting)?
UPDATE
For this outing - meet at Westminster Pier - to purchase ticket for river boat at 10.15am - boat leaves Pier at 11am. Arrive early enough to avoid any delay in queues. Single Fare £13.50 - produce a valid travel card will give one-third off the fare. |Holders of a Freedom Pass will have a half-price reduction. The return journey will be by South West trains to Waterloo.
Entry to Hampton Court Palace will be on 2for1 coupon £13.30 (each pays £6.65). Visit to Tudor Kitchens, Renaissance Gdns, The Maze and The Royal Apartments in the Palace.
