A 6 mile walk exploring the old town of Baldock and its surrounding area.
What's happening?
A 6 mile walk exploring the old town of Baldock and its surrounding area. Park along the High St (free all day on Sunday) and meet at the roundabout on the southern end of the High St, near to Tesco.
What should I bring?
Bring packed lunch. Wear sturdy trainers or boots for this walk, preferably waterproof. Wear warm clothing.
If I'm from London, how do I get there?
By train: the nearest railway station is Baldock station. The starting point is 10 minutes walk away.
By car: Baldock is A1(M) J9. Upon leaving the northbound exit, turn west (right) and follow the signs for Baldock town centre. Park in the broad High Street opposite Tescos.

This walk is organised by Herts' GOC, a local branch of the Gay Outdoor Club ( http://www.goc.org.uk/hertfordshire ).
