24 May 2008: GAY-TANTRA: 'The Art of Sexual Ecstasy', May 24-25 & 26
Free yourself! Throw away old guilt and shame! Experience openness and respect in terms of your body and your sexuality! Connect sexuality with spirituality or spirituality with you sexuality! Feel more vital and alive in a group of pioneering men!
The contents:
° The seminar offers the possibility of shedding the constraints of everyday life and sexuality. You will get to know yourself and the other participants better by tuning into your body, relaxing, dancing, moving playfully - and coming together with the other men in the group.
° Rituals make it possible for you to release your limits and blockages of false guilt, sense of shame and sense of indebtedness. This will enable you to indulge in unintentional pleasure and limitless joy.
° As a next step, you will be led towards the experience of "Multiple, complete-physical Orgasm" (MORe I) through guided breathing, genital massage and physical expression.
° Presentations and discussions will help you to integrate your experiences in the course of the seminar with your everyday life at home, providing ideas for post-seminar practice and the ongoing inclusion of GAY-TANTRA in your daily routine.
This seminar is suitable for you:
> if you want to discover you body and sexuality in a new way
> if you want to learn an exquisite genital/whole-body massage
> if you want to be a more liberated person
> if you want to experience ecstatic sexuality
> if you want to combine sexuality with spirituality.
For your participation are no further experiences required.

The workshop will be facilitated by Armin-Christoph Heining (Profile: gaytantra), the founder of GAY-TANTRA in 1992: After training with established teachers he has been conveying the abundance of tantric experience to men loving men since that time. He is on the board of directors of the "Foundation Sexuality & Spirituality". His website: www.gay-tantra.co.uk
Update March 10th:
The Bank Holiday on Monday, May 26st, offers the opportunity to prolong and deepen the tantric experience on a third seminar day 'Canalisation of sexual energy'!
The contents of this advanced tantric day:
You will hear about the seven chakra-energy centres, their meaning for your sexual energy moving up in your body.
In a dynamic breathing meditation you will get first glimpses and tastes of the sensations related to all the seven chakras.
With the "Chakrawave", a tantric love meditation, you will learn to connect more deeply with yourself and a chosen partner.
Discussions will help you to integrate your experiences in the course of the seminar with your everyday life at home.

The "Institute for Meditation & Tantra" aims to reach the roots of sexual desire and enlightenment. It helps to build a stable bridge between sexuality and spirituality. It focuses on offering people through various opportunities and methods, a way to deepen and develop their quality of life and happiness. The "modern" spiritual path of SkyDancing-Tantra® supports this.
