In this two-day seminar Armin C. Heining from Berlin, the founder of GAY-TANTRA in 1992, teaches tantric principles of awakening and refining sexual energy and to enjoy bodies ecstasy, the gate to connect sexuality and spirituality.
Hello! Tantra is a wonderful path of one's personal development on many levels! It takes our natural gift, our sexual power, to refine it and to connect it with one's creativity, live passion, love and spirituality!
The contents of this weekend:
Body awareness and relaxation, movement and playful encounter will help you to leave the daily life behind and to arrive totally in the group. You gain confidence to yourself and to the other participants of the group.
Powerful breathing exercises, dance, stretching and rituals strengthen the awareness of your body and its innate energies.
Sensual massages help you to relax, to enjoy and to submerge into pure being.
Through the 'Inner Flute' you learn to connect with a partner on a physical and energetic level.
You learn to revitalize and express your life forces, to let them flow into physical- and vocal expressions. Through powerful shaking and movement you awaken deep emotions and orgasmic experiences. You deepen and expand them outside a genital-sexual context.
Meditation, dialogue and sharing are part of the course on both days. They give you ideas, how to integrate GAY-TANTRA in your everyday life and how to continue.

For your participation are no further experiences required. Also nudity is not required, however, when we later in this seminar feel safe, nudity is mostly a pleasure!

The seminar is led by Armin-Christoph Heining, known worldwide as founder and pioneer of GAY-TANTRA (since 1992). He has trained with Margot Anand, the bestselling author of "The Art of Sexual Ecstasy". Today Armin instructs seminars all over Europe (GB, GER, A, CH, and others). He is also Board of directors of the 'Foundation Sexuality & Spirituality'.
