Dynamic Dance & Fitness classes for Adults Enjoy Dance? Want to get fit while having fun, learn new moves, meet new people or just try something new? Then we'd love to see you at a session run by IDTA certified dance and fitness instructor.

Enjoy Dance? Want to get fit while having fun, learn new moves, meet new people or just try something new? Then we'd love to see you at a session!
Sessions will include:-
• Aerobic warm up = increasing cardio fitness levels & personal stamina.
• Dynamic Dance inspired stretches = encouraging levels of flexibility & increasing core strength.
• Core Strength= body conditioning exercises to encourage core strength, balance & allignment.
• Dance technique = Improving focus, core strength, balance & coordination.
• Concluding with the learning of a short dance routine.
Material will be of a modern fusion style (a mixture of traditional dance techniques most frequently seen in modern music videos and theatre). Influences will include Street Jazz and popular dance styles; exploring musical theatre, lyrical Jazz & contemporary dance styles.
Sessions are designed to be fun but challenging, taught by an IDTA certified teacher, experienced as a dancer and choreographer. Members will be encouraged to work at their own level with beginners and improvers all welcome. Experience is welcome but not essential as no one is expected to learn perfect pieces straight away, the emphasis is on fun challenges and working to maximise individual potential as the classes develop.
