As part of Manchester Pride, Urbis are holding a family BBQ. They have asked Boot Scoot to come along and do some line dancing for them there so all our welcome. There may even be some teaching of beginner dances!
A wide variety of dances will be done from the classics (such as Tush Push and Waltz Across Texas) to the more modern dances (such as A Gigolo and Lollipop).
All our welcome to come along and dance with us at this free event in this truly unique venue. There will even be BBQ food!
Boot Scoot
This event is promoted by one of OUTeverywhere's Event Partners. Our partners are commercial venues, social groups or not-for-profit organisations that create events bringing lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered people together. We run two line dance classes a week under the name "Boot Scooters". On a Monday night, from 7:30pm until 10:30pm we are in the upstairs room, Spirit Bar, Canal Street, Manchester. On a Thursday night we are in The Rainbow Community Centre, Liverpool Road, Eccles from 7:00pm until 9:30pm.
