We all love champagne. It's stylish, summery, sophisticated and sexy.
But how is it made? Is there a difference between styles, are vintage champagnes really different to non vintage and can you tell a blanc de blancs from a blanc de noirs?
This evening will help you unlock the mystery of champagne.
We'll taste 8 champagnes ranging in styles and price from entry level to vintage, discover how they're made and assess whether they really are different.
This evening is a bit more than the usual evenings; but champagne does cost a bit more!
