CONTACT YOGA with Richard and Matt Tuesdays 6.30 - 8.15pm @ AB plus (lower Essex Street) Yoga postures, Partner Yoga, Breath work, Relaxation, Meditation, - sequenced into a unique style perfect for the gay community (and happy straight people)!
Registration Starts at 6:30pm Class starts at 6:45 (please note people arriving later than 6:45 will not be allowed into the class!) Location: AB plus 29-30 Lower Essex Street, Birmingham This is a great way to raise funds for the AB plus Centre. Please be active in promoting a healthy lifestyle for yourself and others. I am also a trained masseur, specialising in Thai Yoga Massage (lazy mans yoga!). Personal interest in photograpy, film, good food and herbal teas! A strong, healthy and playful approach to life!
