The event itself is aimed at the gay/lesbian/bi sexual and transgendered community and their friends. It is an night of alternative music, from sublime to ridiculous to fun and frolicking tunes! The DJs Andy Darkhorsey and Martin will be playing a range of alternative music, including Electro, Disco, Funk and Punk. A mix of old and new sounds, from Donna Summer to The Gossip to The Fall and everything inbetween.
It will be a night of retro, glamourous fun and prizes will be distributed to those daring souls who are prepared to Dress Up Drag Up and Dance! The gorgeous Miss Bubbles Deluxe will be hosting the event. So if people are looking for something a bit different, fun and bizarre then get down to CLUB TRASHED on Friday 27th July.
FOR CHARITY:
All proceeds from the event will be raising funds for the Brunswick Centre, which is the local organisation which aims to support people affected by HIV/AIDS. Staff fom the Brunswick Centre will also be there as part of their GET IT ON sexual health campaign and goodies galore will be available. It will take place as part of the Pink Picnic which is an annual gay and lesbian festival.
