After visiting The Casino At The Empire in Leicester Square on my birthday, I was very much impressed with it so I have decided to make an event of my next visit ! We can either eat at the casino or at another place - suggestions welcomed !
The Casino is situated at 5 Leicester Square
London, WC2H 7NA, and offers gaming tables such as Roulette, Blackjack, Electronic Roulette terminals, Slot Machines, a poker room.
You don't have to gamble once in the casino if you do not wish to, however I myself will be having a bet or two :-)
***Please note that the tables, including the electronic Roulette terminals have minimum bets, these are easily found upon the table you may wish to play on*** I believe the minimum on the Electronic Roulette is £0.25 and on a table is £1 upwards, as I say the minimum and maximums are clearly stated on the tables.
To gain entry to the casino, and you do not want membership then you need to bring along with you some proof of ID IE : Passport/Drivers License or if you are over 25 a credit/debit card will do, then you become a guest of the casino as apposed to a guest of mine, and just to let you know it is FREE entry.
Meeting up at the Duke Of Wellington is an ideal location for both the casino and various places to eat. Im not sure where we'll eat at this time but if anyone coming along has any suggestions they will be welcomed. The casino does offer restaurants, and which are very nice. If we decide to eat at the casino let me know how many are coming along and I'll book a table !
