EVERY SATURDAY: Join up with BLAGSS friendly running group to shake out the cobwebs and keep your winter stamina going. All abilities catered for.
We meet in Preston Park on the A23 London rd just north of the city centre at 10:30 for circuits, running and finish the sessions at the Preston Park Cafe for well deserved coffee & cakes. The running sessions are a mixture of short-medium distance running and general fitness exercises involving intervals, circuit training and sprinting.
