1 November 2008: Bonfire Celebration at Scottish Castle
Seasonal bonfire gathering for OUT EVERYWHERE members in the Dundee/Angus area to network - though those from further afield are more than welcome.
If you are considering going to a bonfire event this
year, then this is the VERY special one that you should
consider - please!
The idea behind the evening, apart from simply having fun,
is to raise funds for breast cancer prevention, as only
2% of breast cancer UK research funds are currently spent
on prevention.
A good friend of mine, whose life has been safeguarded
by preventative surgery, is doing the organising. I am
simply providing the venue and as much assistance as I can.
A candle-lit ghost tour of the castle basements is planned -
watch this space for further fun events!
As well as a suggested minimum donation of £10 per attendee, it would be great if you could also bring
along some food - nothing elaborate required!
Some basic hot food and drink will be provided.
Further details will be available nearer the event, but I
have given you a considered early warning so you can place it in your diaries! .

Able to fit in an amazing amount of disreputable mischief under a watertight veneer of taking the moral high ground. On a lifelong quest to find a supplier of nuns' penitence wear. My current oevre is creating "Turin Shroud"-like impressions in sweat on my yoga mat. Living in a beautiful but ruined building half-way up a mountain. The principle of living, to which I wrongly aspire is "Noblesse Oblige".
