Join us in this celebration of men and intimacy. We use yoga to relax and prepare the body and explore touch and massage. Led by Richard George & Andy Saich. more info on www.gaylovespirit.com - Autumn workshops in BIRMINGHAM & LONDON
Awaken the body with breath, active meditation, movement, and massage. In this workshop you will draw on the power of intention and communication as a tool to truly receive and give touch and massage. We will work as a group, in pairs and in small groups. This workshop will be partially clothed, ie. down to shorts or underwear.
