Social get together with intro, discussion, light meal, & film screening. Our aim is to give older lgbt folk the opportunity to socialise on a regular basis. Organised by Dumfries lgbt Centre & Age Scotland. Phone 01387 255 058 www.lgbtcentredg.co.uk
Dumfries & Galloway is a fantastic area in which to live & work but it is a fact that many older lgbt folk feel isolated. Age Scotland, & the lgbt Centre Dumfries have got together with individuals to create this social which will give people a chance to meet, chat, have something to eat, & discuss future events.
3.30 There will be an introduction followed by a talk by a member of Highland Rainbow Network which has been operating successfully in the Inverness area.
5.00 There will be time to socialise & take soup & sandwiches before the screening of films 'If these walls could talk 2' featuring Vanessa Redgrave & 'Lost language of Cranes' with Brian Cox & Aileen Atkins.
