19 June 2010: 14th South Downs Beer & Cider Festival, Lewes Lewes Town Hall.
We are Lesbian and Gay Real Ale Drinkers (LAGRAD), part of the Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA) and we're going to the 14th South Downs Beer & Cider Festival, Lewes Town Hall, Lewes, East Sussex.
LAGRAD/OUTeverywhere visit to the 14th South Downs Beer & Cider Festival, Lewes Town Hall, Lewes, East Sussex.
We'll try for the ‘free' session at the end of this popular beer festival, held in the impressive surroundings of Lewes Town hall, from 5pm until 8pm on the Saturday evening. The festival features some 70 cask beers plus range of bottled beers, country wines, cider, and perry. Hot food and snacks are also available.
If the beer choice is getting a bit thin by then, we can retire to one of Lewes's many excellent hostelries – there are several excellent real ale pubs within 5 minutes' walk of Lewes Town Hall.

I'm a gregarious, socialble character, who likes going out and being in a group (two's a group though, if it's the right person). I'm rather partial to good real ales, of which there are many. I'm involved with Lesbian and Gay Real Ale Drinkers, part of the Campaign for Real Ale and I joined OUTeverywhere initially to organise real ale social events in London and the Brighton area
