I had a similar problem with my ex bank, £80 was somehow withdrawn a few years ago and I filled in the forms etc etc and they wouldn't refund it. So I changed, not that I'm saying go out and change banks mind you. |

Well tommorow I have Alfie all day so considering going in, saying I want my money back, and then refusing to leave. |
