This is a single option poll: "How would you handle a situation in which a work colleague, or a senior staff member, made a homophobic comment, either with the intention to offend, or without caring whom it may offend?"

"a homophobic comment, either with the intention to offend, or without caring whom it may offend?" I think these two situations are totally different and it would also depend on exactly how offensive it was mildly or greatly and also what the circumstances were. |
