In November 2006 my employer agreed in principle that I should be redeployed on health grounds. However, I agreed that it wasn't an urgent redeployment and that I could continue in my current job for some time. However, I never thought it would be 19 months! |

I do think that you will need to refer to your Employee Handbook/Staff Manual for that one - as each company (and sometimes different departments in the same company) do things differently or even interpret the same information differently. |
