Thanks to Harriet Harman, British born males can now be discriminated against when applying for work. How does it work? Basically, as a way to make the national workforce more 'equal', companies (and other employers) can choose a woman or a foreign ethnic minority (not British born), over a British born male, based on quotas and funding - regardless of whether the British born male is more qualified for the post. |
