So I got my replacement card a wee while ago. Now I've had my sister as a 2nd card holder for ages. But her card wasn't sent with mine (which it should have been....)

So I send them a message, and they say "oh very sorry - we'll send you a new one"

But as they classed it as "lost" they had to reissue it. So I've not been able to use the card - and they've changed the number.

I got the replacement. But yet again without the 2nd card. How fecking stupid are they?

So cue another message. If that doesn't work I'm gonna get really pissed off. I wanted the card before Cat goes back to Canada (which is why I added her in the first place!).

Grumble grumble.

Never ever email egg with spoof emails.
I got one (you know the type - We ask you to reconfrim your banking details will all juditiousness) and let them know about it.

Well. Egg decided to change my web password (just in case it had become corrupted?!), also to reissue my secret question, and the best one, to alter the stored answer for my mothers maiden name. So now I can't remember what they had changed it to, and they won't tell me. Fuckwits.
