41years old,My god how did that number creep up so fast, i dont feel 41, i am young energetic( yeah right) living on the outskirts of city centre,looking for new friends to enjoy nights out with,as well as new friends who knows, is that man out there

Last night i went to Ikes to replace all my living room furniture, tv unit, coffee table side units etc etc,
so i found the colour that i wanted, wrote down all the details carefully, double checked by my matye who was with me, and trotted off to the pick it yourself dept,
aisle 6 location 4, done
aisle 7 location 26 done
aisle 32 location 14 done
went off to the till, paid and went home,
done the tv unit, side3 unit, all nice, opened the coffee table up and it is pine, shit i wanted the black and brown, so i call them up and explian what happened, no problem they say take it back and they exchange it for you.
breaks my back getting it back in the car, arrives at ikea, goes to customer service and gets this.
"sorry we cant exchange it, we can only issue you a refund minus 30%.
its your fault i say it was the wrong item in the location i was given,

so i get a manager ( who was dressed as well as a tramp realy)
ahh what it is you didnt a black and brown one you seen the pine one and thats what you got,

sorry sir your eyes must have decieved you we dont have one on display. i told him where it was and he siad sorry its your mistake.
i went upstairs took a photo and got the tag off the table (which by now had no location tab in it),
i took it to the desk to be told the "manager" wasnt available, i got some other manager from the tills (also dressed as well as a tramp) to be told i have heard what happened, its your own fault we will not give you a replace ment and we are keeping 30% for ourselves .
phoned the helpline number to be told the only way to complain is to write to the store manger
WHAT A FUCKIN JOKE ,
what makes it worst i have to go to buy the table again coz my living room is incomplete
*whinge* over, i will never shop in thieves palace ikea again (after tonight)
