Unintentional blocking

I have just noticed that I had OUT open in two tabs on my browser. I couldn't understand why, and when I looked at the second tab, it was showing me an OUTer whom, I was being told, I have now blocked. Knowing that I have no reason to block him, I attempted to unblock him, and was then taken to my block list, which showed me another OUTer whom I was blocking. I can't seem to unblock either of them, and I don't know why. |
