I've been trying to upload (yet more|) photos to Flickr, and they keep failing at the last stage. Is anyone else having problems with Flickr today?

I uploaded a couple yesterday, and didn't have any problem with it......

I've just tried the basic uploader and it showed a 'temporary failure' message, so I guess I'll try again later.

Good, have you uploaded anything good?

I've been uploading a whole load of pics from past OUT events... Pink Punting at Cambridge, Salisbury Cathedral/Stonehenge, Anorakkerati trips etc etc Some quite candid pics, some quite good, if I say so myself.

I need to add you as a friend to see the OUTers pics though - they are not on open public view.

Flickr has been running at a snail's pace for me over the last few days - virtually unusable. Their test page turns up a whole bundle of red crosses.

Browsing their forums, some are blaming ZoneAlarm (which I use) for the problem - but I'm only getting this issue with the Flickr site, which suggests it's something Flickr changed recently. There certainly seem to be plenty of other people complaining about Flickr's slow pace.

Neither Flickr or ZoneAlarm seem too interested in the problem at the moment, but I hope they solve it soon.
