I'm a total wimp when it comes to heat - any anything above about 16 degrees C or 65 Fahrenheit is HOT for me! I just to to melt in the sun, use factor 20 Sunscreen, keep inthe shade, never go brown and burn after just 20 minutes. Very fair skinned and blue eyes so worst type for burning up:-)

The Temperature/HEAT is the worst thing for me (can't do Holidays in Sun because of this) so Has anyone got any tips for keeping Cool in the heat whcih they use or others use.

A Couple from me:

Get a job in a Restaurant and move into the walk in fridge for the summer!

Shower in Luke Warm water and use a Mint shower Gel and Shampoo. Turn water temperature down for last 2 mins in shower to cool you down even further.

Move to Alaska!

Get a bullet proof vest, take all the padding out and replace it with those blue plastic Ice Block things.

Brrrrrrrrrr!

Help, this heat is baaaaaaaaaaaaaad!!
